Our Mission
The Alberta Pest Management mission is to support the structural pest control industry as stewards of health, food, and property—through education, leadership, public policy and advocacy. The APMA aims to ensure members are knowledgeable, professional, and profitable while promoting the industry's commitment to protecting public health and property.

Current President
Nicholas Holland
Nicholas immigrated to Canada from Australia in his early twenties. A chef in Australia, his qualifications weren’t recognized in Canada. As a result, he fell into pest control. He started his career at PCO Services where he worked as a service technician and in sales. Later he moved to a local pest company, Absolute Pest Control, before starting his own company in 2009. Peregrine General Pest Control has grown to 18 employees.
His goal has always been the same – a vibrant and professional structural pest control industry. As President of APMA he will help provide the best education events and workshops for members, focus on bridge building with representatives from Alberta Environment and Parks & PMRA, and increase engagement with our membership through newsletters and polls.
